Arrow Tank has designed a configurable heat treatment furnace
 for flexibility in accommodating items of various shapes and sizes.
Arrow Tank can stress relieve in one load, items from 18' Diameter to 110' long and 280 tons!
(Larger items or odd sizes can be completed using localized stress reliving together with the
 furnace to make sure we finish your project as quickly and efficiently as possible.)
Heat Treat uses dual fuel supply


Arrow Tank's heat treatment furnace uses natural gas as its primary fuel and propane as a standby fuel, assuring that the heating process will not be interrupted.

    • Loads of up to 280 tons at maximum temperature
    • Maximum temperature of 1700° F
    • State of the art PLC controls
    • Independent, 6 zone temperature controls

    • Accommodates up to 78 thermocouples (expandable)
    • 48 million BTUH heating capacity
