Arrow Tank and Engineering has expanded its facilities with this new heat treatment furnace, specifically designed to relieve stresses in metal fabrications ( aluminum, steel and stainless alloys) to your specification.
Arrow Tank's Heat Treatment Furnace uses natural gas as its primary fuel and propane as a standby fuel, assuring that the process will not be interrupted.		*Maximum load sizes: Round: 18' diameter x 73' long Rectangular vertical: 9'6" wide x 18' high x 73' long Rectangular horizontal: 18' wide x 12'2" high x 73' long Rectangular maximum: 16' wide x 14'8" high x 73' long Square 15'7" x 73' long Diagonal: 22' x 73' long Handles up to 200 tons of load at maximum temperature Maximum temperature of 1700° F State of the art PLC controls Independent, 4 zone temperature controls Temperature uniformity of +/-25° F Accommodates up to 52 thermocouples (expandable) 32 million BTUH heating capacity
Arrow Tank provides indoor crane service up to 160 tons for loading and unloading. The load is positioned on unique supports which allow it to expand during treatment.
