BUILDING A BETTER BOBTAIL: Each bobtail unit is designed from the ground up with the end user in mind. State-of-the-Art bobtails begin their fabrication process with computer aided design (CAD), and utilize computer aided manufacturing (CAM) to enhance the final fit and finish. Arrow Tank & Engineering's exclusive weight distribution software assures a safe and reliable bobtail by matching each vessel to the selected chassis. Results from these innovations are apparent in the performance of each completed bobtail.

		STAINLESS STEEL SKIRTING Engineered to provide the ultimate protection for your investment, Arrow Tank's Stainless Steel Option is the "Real Deal". More than a shiny wrapper, this option includes, T304 SS deck, fenders, and undercarriage parts (gussets, supports and stiffeners). Moreover, the attaching hardware is stainless steel. The result is a #1 Bobtail regardless of the unit's age. MAINLINE PIPING PACKAGE Arrow's piping package promotes safety, efficiency, serviceability, and longevity. The 2" Welded discharge improves flow while minimizing leaks. Stainless steel ball valves installed on the (1) Spray Fill for loading, (2) Meter Discharge to regulate product delivery, and (3) Meter Inlet for maintenance and repair. These ball valves feature vented ports which reduce stem pressure for easy operation and promote longevity. In addition, the bodies are flanged resulting in a welded assembly that minimizes leaks and provides access for rebuilding. (meter discharge pictured upper right hand corner)

*Meter Inlet and Bypass Piping*Welded piping manifold ith stainless steel ball valve shown. The Ball valve isolates the meter for added convenience in repair and maintenance procedures. Welded smooth bend elbows significantly improve flow by reducing the total equivalent length of pipe by 70% when compared to threaded elbows.	*Final Fit and Finish*Arrow Bobcats feature a variety of components that enhance the final fit and finish. Lights manufactured by Trucklight are mounted in rubber grommets for easy replacement. The hose reel is mounted to the deck between rubber blocks to improve cleanliness. In addition, these design features reduce vibration and corrosion which is typical in these areas.
	Controls Air Toggle Switches and actuators are standard equipment for chassis equipped with air brakes. The system is virtually maintenance free and switches mounted inside the meter cover are protected from the elements.
